Lusaka is the provincial capital, largest, and an urban province of Zambia. It is the commercial city of Zambia. There are many busy stores and shopping centers, restaurants, museums, and parks.
Once you set off your flights to Lusaka you can visit monuments or different arks. There are perfect picnic spots to go with families such as amusement park, Lusaka National Park, and Monkey Pool. There are many shopping centers from where you can buy shoes, fabrics, artifacts, and paintings. You can see a range of different animals in the parks such as Zebras, pangolins, owls, rhino, monkeys, Nile crocodile, snakes, and tortoise. It is, no doubt, a perfect place for spending weekends or holidays.
There is mainly a wet season and a dry season in Lusaka. Most rainfall occurs during the months of January, February, and December. The warmest months are September, October, and November. There are dry periods in May, June, July, August, September, and October in Lusaka. July is the coldest, August is the driest, and October is the hottest month of Lusaka.
(Peak season):
August is the peak season to visit Lusaka. Because the weather is clear and rainless and tourist can explore the city. May, June, July, and August is the best time for outdoor tourist activities. There is no rainfall and days are mostly clear and warm. The night-time temperatures start to drop during June, July, and August. There is an increase of game sightings during these months because of cloudless days. In the months of September and October the temperatures rise up and it gets very hot in October. And November can be hot and dry.
(Offseason):
The off-peak tourist season occurs between December to April because it is a warm and wet season. The average is between 20 to 23 degrees Celsius during these months. There is higher rainfall. Most camps are closed which can restrict tourist activities. There are many unbalanced roads in Zambia which become impassable during these months.
(What to pack):
If you are visiting Lusaka during May or June, make sure to bring warm clothes to wrap up yourself at night, as some nights get very cold.
A survey report shows that Wednesdays and Saturdays are often the best days to book flights from London to Lusaka. Wednesday is also considered as cheapest day to fly from London to Lusaka and March is the cheapest month to book a flight.

Tourist can visit Kamwala Market for fabrics, clothes, and shoes, or Soweto and City Market for food, and fabrics. If you are interested in buying carvings, clothes made from local materials, masks etc, then visit Kabwata Cultural Village.
Manda Hill and Arcades are two Western-style shopping centers. There are restaurants and an Irish pub. You can enjoy bowling, Zambia's only cinema complex presenting only American blockbuster films at Arcades.
There held many events such as Amaka Arts Festival which is an annual event. It aims to develop Zambian creative industries and. It promotes the film, visual arts, dance, fashion and literary arts.
Film Festival is a colorful event which is held to promote film industry and Visual Arts Expo is another event which exhibits pottery, paintings, and handicrafts.
The Dance Festival is a celebration.It exhibits cultural inheritance of Zambia in the form of dance. And other including the Literary Arts Festival, the Dance Festival is a celebration.It exhibits cultural inheritance of Zambia in the form of dance. The Literary Arts Festival, Art Festivals, International Theatre Festival, Food Festival, Colour Festival, and International Cocktail Festival.

the dude who was handling my case kept disappearing and eventually lost my reservation. he was extremely rude and i lost my flight. after that i get forwarded to another woman who takes five days to change a letter on the reservation. the next one gave me the wrong date. so with only 10 days to go. i am stuck. no thanks to these imbeciles i will find my own placements. thank you
